Manchester Police: Man connected to city shootings arrested for contempt of court after missing curfew
MANCHESTER - Police arrested a man on a contempt of court warrant on Tuesday.
Isaac Velez allegedly violated a court-imposed curfew after he was arrested in connection with the South Street shootings earlier this month.
He was supposed to abide by a curfew of 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Velez was arrested without incident near the Beech Street School playground.
He will appear in court on Wednesday.
