MANCHESTER – The spotting of two wanted men, an expired inspection sticker, failure to use a turn signal and a call from a Dunkin Donuts manager all led to five separate drug-related arrests in Manchester Monday.

Police say they arrested Dennis Jones, 29, of Manchester, after he was spotted outside of his apartment building at about noon. Jones was wanted for three counts of selling drugs. After he was arrested, officers found .88 grams of cocaine on his person.

Later that night, police arrested 29-year-old Alejandro Guillermo, who was wanted for a felony drug charge. Officers spotted Guillermo at the South Main Street Mobil at about 10:05 p.m. and were able to arrest him without incident, but he was allegedly in possession of a loaded handgun and .7 grams of heroin. Guillermo was charged with possession of a controlled drug, carrying a firearm without a permit and felony-level illegal gun use.

Also that day, officers noticed an expired inspection sticker on a blue Jetta and discovered a passenger in the car, 35-year-old Jennifer Ives, had an active warrant for her arrest. After making the arrest, officers allege Ives was in possession of illegal drugs and was charged accordingly.

In another traffic stop, police pulled over a car over for not using a turn signal. Officers say they asked the driver, 31-year-old Alexandra Jsirandanis, if she had any illegal drugs in her car after they say she was behaving strangely. Jsirandanis said she did, leading officers to search her car, where they allegedly found several illegal drugs. Additionally, officers allege that Jsirandanis swallowed what they believe to have been heroin.

Lastly, a Dunkin Donuts manager called the police and reported that passengers in a red Nissan were consuming drugs. After officers arrived, they pulled the car over and asked the two people inside the car to step out. They then allege the passenger, William Lucchesi, 36, of Freemont, dropped a bag containing 2.17 grams of crystal meth. Additionally, officers found 13 Alrazopam pills and 11.79 grams of marijuana inside Lucchesi’s backpack. He faces several drug charges and appeared in court Tuesday. The driver of the car was not charged.
