Manchester police ask for public's help to locate drawing stolen from NHIA art gallery


MANCHESTER - Police are asking for help from the public to locate a missing drawing taken from the New Hampshire Institute of Art's gallery on Amherst Street.

The framed pencil drawing by George Stavrinos is about 14-inches-by-18-inches in size and valued at about $5,000. It was taken sometime between Nov. 25 and Dec. 12, 2015.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to contact Detective Mangum at 792-5513.

The Manchester Police Crimeline may issue a cash reward if the information leads to the identification of a suspect and/or the location of this drawing.
