Manchester, NH, man accused of exposing his buttocks to group


MANCHESTER - A city man accused of exposing himself to a group of people has been arrested, police said.

Police responded to the report of a disturbance at 366 Central St., on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, at 10:10 p.m.

Witnesses told police a man walked up to the fence and began making derogatory and racial statements before pulling down his pants and exposing his buttocks, police said.

Police arrested Jonathan Moquin, 25, of Manchester, and charged him with disorderly conduct and indecent exposure and lewdness, both misdemeanors.

One of the victims was a 17-year-old female, police said.

Moquin is scheduled to be arraigned in Manchester district court Friday.
