MANCHESTER - A mother has been indicted on manslaughter and second-degree murder charges.
Kaitlin paquette is accused of assaulting her 21-month-old daughter Sadence Willott in September 2015 and failed to seek medical attention for her child.
Police responded to the apartment on Belmont Street on Sep. 5 2015 and found the toddler to be unresponsive, and she later died the next day.
Paquette was charged with her daughter's murder and is being held without bail.
