Manchester middle school burglarized over weekend; police investigate break-in

MANCHESTER – Parkside Middle School was burglarized over the weekend, according to Manchester police.

School principal Forrest Ransdell said he arrived at the school Sunday at 6:20 p.m. but observed a broken window on one of the doors.

Authorities believe the burglary took place between 2 p.m. Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday night.

It is unclear if anything of value was taken but officers noted multiple lockers had been opened and items were thrown on the hallway floors.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Manchester police. Police are still investigating the burglary.
