Manchester man stopped on I-93 for speeding for second time this week

BOW - State police say a Manchester man they pulled over for speeding on Thursday was stopped for speeding again on Sunday after picking up his car from the towing company.

State police say Joel Figueroa, 21, was observed on Thursday afternoon on Interstate 93 just north of the Hooksett toll plaza driving at 107 mph. He was stopped and charged with reckless operation and giving a court date of Jan. 26.

Sunday morning around 9:30 a.m. after picking up the same car from a tow company, police say he was observed heading south on I-93 traveling at 86 mph. He was issued another summons for the speed violation.
