Manchester man found with heroin needle stuffed between car seats

MANCHESTER – A Manchester man was arrested when officers said they found a hypodermic needle with heroin in a zippered binder and wedged between car seats.

Zechariah Pelletier, 27, was sweating and shaking when he was pulled over for a defective brake light near Bodwell Road, according to police.

Before police found the heroin, Pelletier gave a fake name to officers.

He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug and falsification.
