Manchester man driving without headlights on I-95 arrested at home after he eludes police

GREENLAND - A Manchester man is under arrest after state police say he refused to stop while driving without headlights on Interstate 95 south on Friday night.

State police say he was driving too fast and making unsafe lane changes. They followed his Toyota Camry as it moved from I-95 to Route 101 West. With help from Epping, Raymond and Auburn police, several attempts were made to deploy spike strips to stop the car, but the driver eluded them. Police ultimately identified his home address and subsequently took him into custody in Manchester.

Joshua R. Buzza, 37, was charged with felony reckless conduct, driving after suspension, disobeying a police officer and reckless operation. He was held in the Rockingham County jail on $5,000 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday in Portsmouth District Court.
