Manchester man arrested, charged with stalking outside Firebird Motel in Hooksett

HOOKSETT - A Manchester man charged with domestic violence and ordered to stay away from the victim was found with her less than 24 hours later and charged with stalking.

Police say they arrested Allen Bartlett, 24, outside the Firebird Motel shortly after midnight on Friday when the officer who made the first arrest saw him with the victim in the motel parking lot.

Bartlett refused the services of a bail commissioner and was taken to the Merrimack County jail where he will be held until his arraignment later on Friday morning.
