Manchester man arrested after chase, crash in stolen vehicle


MANCHESTER - Police have identified the driver of a stolen vehicle that led police on a chase and eventually crashed as 46 year-old Paul Frascona of Manchester. Frascona faces felony charges of receiving stolen property and disobeying an officer.

Bedford Police attempted to pull over the stolen Honda Accord Frascona was driving around 1:50pm Wednesday. The car eventually pulled over, but took off again as soon as the officer got out of his cruiser.

Frascona led police on chase into Manchester where he eventually crashed into a pickup truck exiting the highway.

Frascona was seriously injured. His passenger was also injured but is not facing any charges. The driver of the pickup truck was not seriously injured.

Bedford and Manchester police continue to investigate.
