Manchester man accused of threatening woman with rifle, later arrested at bar

MANCHESTER – A man who police say threatened a woman with a gun was arrested at another Manchester location Saturday.

According to Police, William Gosselin, of Cilley Road, walked into the home he shares with the victim and started arguing.

Gosselin then got a rifle from the garage and pointed it at her while threatening to shoot her.

The victim stated Gosselin left the home and fired a round of shots into the ground before leaving the premises.

Hours later, Gosselin was taken into custody at the Davignon Club on Wilson Street.

He was charged with reckless conduct, simple assault and criminal threatening. When he was arrested, police found a shotgun and a box of ammunition in his car.
