MANCHESTER - A bullet struck a gas meter early Sunday morning, causing a gas leak and forcing people at a Cedar Street building to evacuate, authorities said.
The Union-Leader reported there were no injuries and no one was arrested following the event at 271 Cedar St., reported shortly before 2 a.m.
