Manchester-Boston Regional Airport conducts 'live fire' training exercises
MANCHESTER - The Manchester-Boston Regional Airport Fire Department is conducting training exercises required by the Federal Aviation Administration.
The training is conducted using a mobile aircraft device with live fire.
“Airplanes take off and land all the time here from Manchester and they go somewhere else,” an official said. “In reality, there is a possibility that one of these planes could end up having a problem and land in their community.”
Training continued Tuesday.
