Manager arrested for stealing thousands of dollars in benefits from NH business
NASHUA — A human resources manager at a city business was arrested Monday in connection to a months-long theft operation.
Judith Erickson, 56, of Nashua, allegedly had been stealing from Michael Timothy Dining Group since June 2016. The owner reported the theft March 20.
Officers learned that Erickson had stolen over $2,000 from the company by altering her health care coverage status during payroll periods, police said.
Erickson was arrested on a warrant for theft by deception, consolidation, a class A felony. A class A felony is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, exclusive of fines.
Erickson was released on $250 cash bail and is scheduled to be arraigned at Nashua district court June 5.
