Man who wound up under ATV in NH crash was drunk, officials say

LITTLETON - Police say a Littleton man got drunk and flipped his ATV over the weekend.

Conservation officers said they responded to reports of an ATV accident in Littleton and that Jonathan Raymond, 26, had flipped his ATV on top of himself in a crash.

He was transported to a hospital for minor injuries.

Officials say Raymond had been drinking alcohol during the crash, and that he was doing so without written permission to drive an ATV from the landowner, a necessary document for ATV drivers.
