Man who was punched after high-speed chase that ended in Nashua held without bail
The man charged with leading police on a multi-state car chase that ended with officers punching him has been ordered held without bail.
Richard Simone Jr. was arraigned Wednesday on charges that include larceny, failure to stop, and assault.
A judge ordered the 50-year-old held without bail on a parole violation and $50,000 cash bail on the new charges.
Authorities say he was wanted on multiple warrants when he refused to stop for police on May 11 in Holden, Mass.
