As part of the plea deal, prosecutors will ask a judge to give Beaulieu a one-year jail sentence with six months deferred for one year. They will also argue other conditions, including whether or not he should have to register as a sex offender.

Beaulieu exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl at Tripoli Pizza in Seabrook on April 25, 2016. The 14-year-old girl was inside with another minor female when Beaulieu made suspicious gestures to her before facing her with his genitals exposed and leaving the store.

Beaulieu’s sentencing is scheduled to take place June 23 at 1 p.m.
