Lawrence Marks, 35 of Tewksbury, Mass. pleaded guilty to transportation of a minor in interstate commerce for illegal sexual activity, after an investigation in November 2014 lead to his arrest.

Witnesses identified Marks as a man seen frequently with one of the minors being investigated, before Marks confessed to taking the child from New Hampshire to Massachusetts on several occasions for sexual activity.

Marks's arrest was the result of Project Safe Childhood - a nationwide federal initiative designed to protect children from online exploitation and abuse.
