Man pleads guilty to using another person's social security number to obtain ID


CONCORD — An Epsom mad pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court on Monday to misusing his social security number to get an ID.

Gordon Daigle, 38, applied for a New Hampshire non-driver identification card using someone else's date of birth, social security number, and birth certificate at the Department of Motor Vehicles, according to statements made in court on April 6, 2015.

Daigle was apprehended on May 23, 2016 by the New Hampshire Department of corrections on a warrant issued by the Wyoming Board of Parole and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Parole Board for Parole violations.

He should be sentenced on Feb. 1, 2017.
