Man pleads guilty to Nashua bike path murder, gets 28 years in prison


NASHUA — One of the two men suspected of a March 2015 murder on a bike path will face at least 28 years in prison.

Stephan Peno, 22, along with Jonathan Goff, 18, also of Nashua, were accused of assaulting Benjamin Marcum, stomping on his head, face and chest and stabbing him with a knife in the torso, leg, shoulder and head.

Peno plead guilty to second degree murder Wednesday.

Goff is scheduled to face trial in February of 2017.
