Man in Manchester arrested for shooting arrows out a window

MANCHESTER - An unidentified man is under arrest for shooting arrows out of the upper levels of an apartment building Saturday night.

The Union-Leader reported the man will be arraigned today on charges of reckless conduct and resisting arrest for the incident which occurred on Armory Street about 10:30 p.m. Police seized a bow and a large bag containing arrows found inside the building.

Police shut down portions of Amory Street and Dionne Drive late Saturday while investigating the incident.
