Man driving without a valid license charged with felony drug possession

MANCHESTER – Police reported finding methamphetamine in the vehicle of a man being detained for driving without a valid license at about 1:20 a.m. Friday.

According to police, 26-year-old Seth Stephen, Nashua, was driving on Elm Street in Manchester when officers noticed a defective tail light on his vehicle and then reported seeing Stephen fail to use a turn signal, which caused them to pull him over.

It was after discovering Stephen was driving without a valid license that police say they saw a white bag with a crystal-like powder in that tested positive for methamphetamine.

He is being charged with possession and transportation of a controlled substance, as well as driving without a valid license for the second time in a year.
