Man dies in New Hampshire mobile home fire

The Associated Press

ROCHESTER — Authorities say a man was killed in a mobile home fire in Rochester.

State police say firefighters arrived at the double-wide trailer at the Amazon Campground around 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Emergency responders were unable to save the Rochester man who succumbed to his injuries.

Police say an autopsy is scheduled for Friday. The victim's identity and cause and manner of death haven't been released.

Deputy Fire Chief Tim Wilder says all indications are that the fire and death were accidental in nature. But the incident remains under investigation by police and the State Fire Marshal's Office.
