Man charged with stabbing Danville woman to death to be arraigned Monday
PLAISTOW - Richard Moore, the man accused of the stabbing death of Jo-Anne Boucher, of Danville, will be arraigned via video at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Plaistow district court.
Boucher, 51, was found dead in her Caramel Drive home last week.
Moore, 37, was arrested Saturday and charged with one count of second-degree murder for killing Boucher by stabbing her multiple times on Sept. 2.
Moore has a lengthy criminal record. In 1998, he was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of felonious sexual assault of a person under the age of 13. Other past convictions include criminal trespassing, receiving stolen property, shoplifting, violation of a protective order, cruelty to animals, escape, and is certified as a habitual offender.
