Man charged with OUI after 9 am crash at Mall of NH with child in car

MANCHESTER - A man was arrested Thursday morning and charged with aggravated operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

Police said 22-year-old Jonathan Clough, of Manchester, lost control of his car at about 9:30 a.m. and crashed into a guard rail at the Mall of New Hampshire.

There was a 12-year-old boy in the car at the time of the accident.

Police noticed signs of impairment when speaking with Clough, which he failed.

Clough was taken to the hospital for injuries and released to the custody of the Manchester PD.

He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail.

The child was not injured.
