Man charged with burglary after TV stolen from empty Nashua home
NASHUA — Police arrested a man after they said he broke into a home from the window in the middle of the night and stole a television.
Bryan S. Tibbetts, 29, of Nashua, allegedly broke into the home when no one was there on Sept. 22. However, a home video surveillance within captured the incident. An investigation led police to identify the man as Tibbetts.
Tibbetts has been charged with burglary, a class A felony. He was released on $2,500 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 17 in Nashua.
