MANCHESTER — A man is now in custody and facing an attempted murder charge after police conducted a three-month-long investigation.
Logan Howe, 18, of Manchester, is accused of firing a bullet at a person outside a home on Ashmere Drive in Manchester back on March 24.
The bullet missed and hit a shutter, police said. Nobody was injured.
Howe was arraigned and is being held on $250,000 bail.
