Man charged third time for DWI after rollover crash on I-93 ejected him from truck

A rollover crash on Interstate 93 resulted in a third DWI charge for a Littleton man on Friday morning.

Police said multiple reports from other drivers at about 11 a.m. said a truck driven by Kenneth English, 35, had swerved on the highway before hitting a guard rail on the left side of the highway and then crossed back to the right side, eventually flipping over the guard rail near mile marker 55.6.

Police said witnesses told them the truck was going faster than 90 mph.

England was ejected from the vehicle and transported to the Concord Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

He refused a requested blood test at the hospital and was arrested and charged with DWI (third offense), open container.

He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
