Man charged in Massachusetts sex assault could face charges on meth lab, police say
EPPING - A man arrested in connection with a home break-in and sexual assault, could now face charges for items found in his car.
New Hampshire State Police arrested Timothy Tucker, 33, of Melrose, Mass., on Sunday on being a fugitive from justice and possession of narcotics charges.
Police requested a warrant to search his car, which was towed to the Epping barracks, and on Tuesday, found several items in the trunk that could be used to make methamphetamine, police said.
Those items included lithium batteries, lantern fuel and cold medicine.
Tucker is being held at the Rockingham County jail.
