Man arrested in Rochester in connection with March burglary, assault


ROCHESTER - Police arrested an alleged burglar in Rochester on Friday.

Jeffery Emmons was charged with burglary, second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants.

Police said Emmons broke into a house in March - along with another man - and assaulted a 29-year-old man.

Emmons was held on $10,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
