Man arrested for domestic assault in Merrimack Outlet mall food court

MERRIMACK — A 22-year-old man was arrested after turning himself in on a warrant that was issued for unarmed robbery, false imprionment, and simple assault - domestic on Saturday.

Merrimack police officers responded to the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall for an assault that occurred on Nov. 18 at about 10 p.m. in the food court.

Reynardo Rodriquez-Placenci was identified by the victim as the suspect. Surveillance video confirmed the information that the victim and witnesses reported true.

He was held on $5,000 cash or surety bail and was transported to the Hillsborough County Jail.

Rodriquez-Placenci was scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on Nov. 21 to answer to the charges.
