Man arrested after gun accidently goes off during scuffle at Nashua bar


A Nashua man was arrested after allegedly hitting another man over the head with a loaded firearm causing it go off early Sunday morning.

Robinson Plasencia Diaz was arrested after police responded to Tropical Point Restaurant and Bar.

Police said Plasencia Diaz had concealed the firearm during this incident and that he did not have a valid concealed carry permit.

He was charged with felony reckless conduct and is being held on $20,000.

No one was injured.
