Man arrested after fraudulent credit card use in Merrimack

MERRIMACK — A man was arrested for credit card fraud after using the card at a Puma Store on Sunday.

The employees at the Puma Store were alerted by the credit card holder that their card had just been stolen and used there fraudulently.

Officers made contact with the man and identified him as Angel Santana, 28 of N.Y.

After further investigation Santana was found to be in possession of stolen property from the Puma and Nike stores as well as various fraudulent credit cards.

He was arrested, processed and held at county jail on a $5,000 cash bail. He was scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
