MANCHESTER- Manchester Police were called early this morning to 58 Blucher Street in response to a failed home invasion.
Police say Gabriel Tirado and another suspect entered the home with a loaded handgun and threatened to kill the victim and family.
The victim was able to wrestle the handgun away from Tirado and moments later, Tirado was arrested on scene. He was arraigned from the hospital on several charges.
Neighbor's say the scene outside the home this morning left them shocked.
"Yes I'm surprised because it's so quite this neighborhood. It's very quiet and yes I was surprised when I saw it and I said 'what' you know," said Rosa Carmona.
Carmona went on to say, "Somebody went inside to rob the house. Of course I'm scared."
Tirado is being held on bail on charges of burglary, reckless conduct and criminal threatening
Police are still actively looking for the other suspect.
