Man accused of squatting inside Manchester apartment arrested for burglary, resisting arrest


MANCHESTER – Manchester police arrested a man who is accused of squatting inside a vacant apartment on Hanover Street.

Glen Peace, 45, was arrested after police got a report from a property owner saying Peace and a woman were illegally living in the apartment. The property owner said that she notified them she was calling police moments before officers arrived.

Officers arrived to find the two suspects running from the apartment and were able to take Peace into custody.

Manchester police were unable to identify and locate the female suspect.

Peace is charged with burglary and resisting arrest and also booked on an outstanding warrant from Goffstown Police.
