Man accused of second-degree murder in Drynk stabbing extradited to NH

MANCHESTER - The man accused of stabbing three people at a city night club has waived extradition and will be transported to New Hampshire for arraignment.

Joel Martin, 26, was in Boston Municipal Court on a fugitive from justice charge related to the stabbings at Drynk nightclub in Manchester early Saturday morning.

Martin is charged with second-degree murder in the killing of Darrell Robinson. He is expected to be returned to New Hampshire Monday.

His arraignment is likely to be scheduled for Tuesday at 9th Circuit Court – District Division in Manchester.

Manchester police are still investigating Robinson's death.

Detectives are asking for any available videos or photos from inside the club at the time of the assault.
