Man accused of murdering Madbury teen testifies in own defense

DOVER – Tristan Wolusky, who testified in his own defense Wednesday, admitted to trying to rob Aaron Wilkinson for drugs the night he was killed.

According to SeacoastOnline.com, Wolusky denied all involvement in the multiple stab wounds that killed the 18-year-old Madbury teen.

“(I’m testifying) so that you all know the truth about what happened that night,” Wolusky said.

Wolusky’s sworn statements come after Zachary Pinette and Michael Tatum both said Wolusky helped kill Wilkinson.

Last week, Tatum testified Wolusky stabbed the teen multiple times, while Pinette said Wolusky held Wilkinson down as he was stabbed.

Wolusky faces first-degree and second-degree murder charges as well as falsifying evidence, two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, witness tampering and conspiracy to commit witness tampering.
