PELHAM— A major road in Pelham is still closed after a serious two-car crash on Monday morning.
Mammoth Road remained closed as of 3 p.m.
A 56-year-old woman from Hudson was traveling eastbound on Keyes Hill Road and continued into the intersection of Mammoth Road, hitting the car driven by Paul Soucy, 54 of Sandown.
The woman was transported via helicopter to a medical center with life-threatening injuries. Soucy suffered minor injuries and was treated at a local medical center.
This accident is under investigation, but police said the woman failed to stop at a stop sign.
Mammoth Road was closed between Keyes Hill Road and Castle Road. Questions can be directed to Lieutenant Anne Perriello at (603) 635-2411.
