Maine couple arrested in connection with Rochester burglary

ROCHESTER - A Maine couple has been arrested by Rochester Police in connection with a jewelry store theft earlier this month.

According to Fosters.com, Raymond Gouin, 27, was charged with conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, and Crysta Greenier, 22, was charged with willful concealment. The charges are both Class A felonies due to the price of the items taken.

Rochester Police responded to Bea's Jewelers at the Lilac Mall for a report of theft July 2. Employees said a couple had taken a diamond ring.

Gouin was released on $5,000 personal-recognizance bail and issued an arraignment for Friday at Strafford County Superior Cour. Greenier’s bail was set at $5,000 cash. She is currently being held at the Strafford County Jail and was scheduled to be arraigned Monday at Strafford County Superior Court.

The couple was also arrested in connection with May robberies at Brandmoore Farm in Rollinsford.
