Lots of police respond to shooting threat at Merrimack school - just after shooter training
MERRIMACK - A custodian at Mastricola Elementary School might have picked the wrong time to allegedly threaten to shoot a coworker.
Merrimack police, school district and fire department said they were debriefing from a training about how to handle an active shooter when Cirpian Comsa of Manchester made the threat on Friday.
All officers responded to the situation, and found the school, which was on lockdown.
Teams forced entry and soon found Comsa.
No weapons were found, but Comsa was placed under arrest on charges of criminal threatening.
He is scheduled to appear in court in early July.
