Londonderry man indicted for December shooting in Maine

SACO, Maine - A New Hampshire man accused of shooting his wife and another man has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Gregory Owens, 58, of Londonderry, is facing charges of interstate domestic violence and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

Owens is accused of breaking into a home on Hillview Avenue on Dec. 18 and shooting Rachel Owens and the homeowner. Rachel Owens was staying with the couple who lived in the house at the time of the shooting.

Both of the shooting victims survived.

Gregory Owens is scheduled to be arraigned in Federal Court in Portland on March 18.
