Littleton man caught dealing heroin in Portsmouth last year caught again in Massachusetts

AMESBURY, Mass. — A Littleton man arrested last year for selling heroin in Portsmouth was arrested again for the same crime but this time in Amesbury, according to local police.

The Daily News of Newburyport reported Brian Bambushew, 22, was arrested Thursday around 7:15 p.m. outside Stop & Shop off Route 110 along with two other New Hampshire residents, Crystal McKenzie, 47, and Sean McKenzie, 44, both of Exeter, N.H.

Bambushew was charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Crystal McKenzie faces heroin possession and conspiracy to violate drug laws charges, while Sean McKenzie was charged with being present where heroin is kept, conspiracy to violate drug laws and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Last year in early January, Portsmouth Police arrested Bambushew at a commercial parking lot on Lafayette Road. He was charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug, with heroin being the drug in all three sales, according to Portsmouth police.
