CONCORD - In an exclusive phone interview with WLNH's Nazzy and Mya, Hillary Clinton addressed the coughing fit she suffered on Monday at an event in Iowa.
The incident raised concerns about her health and whether she had the stamina to run for - never mind - serve as president.
"I am fine. I'm great. But I am talking an awful lot, Nazzy," she said. "I mean I'm talking all the time and it's so dry - I think it got the better of me for a few seconds there."
The former Secretary of State was speaking to the Jewish Federation of Greater Des Moines when she was hit with a coughing fit that lasted for more than a minute.
A sip of water and a throat lozenge enabled her to continue, though with a strained voice.
Take a look below at Clinton's coughing fit at the event.
