Lebanon police arrest 2 from Vermont, charge them with possession of heroin, cocaine


LEBANON - Two Vermont residents who were pulled over for a traffic violation were found with heroin and crack cocaine in their possession, according to police.

Police say Stefan Schenker, 32, and Jennifer Tozzi, 28, both of Bethel Vt. were found to have warrants out for their arrest on theft charges. During the arrest process, police say they found Tozzi in possession of 10 rocks of crack and three bundles of heroin with 10 packets each.

Schenker was also found in possession of a small amount of heroin.

Both Tozzi and Schenker were charged with drug possession and held on $2,500 cash bail overnight. They were arraigned on Tuesday, at which point Schenker was released on $500 cash and Tozzi was held on $2,000 cash bail, police said.
