Lebanon driver seriously injured when van goes off the road on I-89 in Vermont

BETHEL, Vt. - A 25-year-old driver from Lebanon, N.H. was seriously injured when his van rolled over several times in the median of Interstate 89, throwing him from the vehicle.

According to Vermont State Police, Brandon Roberge was heading south on I-89 driving a Miller Auto Parts van when he went off the road during rainy and icy conditions Tuesday afternoon shortly after noon. He was not wearing a seatbelt.

Roberge was taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center with serious injuries. No other vehicles were involved, police said.
