MANCHESTER - Lawyers met behind closed doors Tuesday at the Hillsborough County Superior Court regarding a motion for Matthew Dion to possible plead guilty.
Dion, who is accused of killing his parents and then setting their home on fire, could plead guilty to felony charges.
Dion's lawyers met Tuesday morning to discuss possible circumstances for a plea deal.
If Dion pleads guilty, attorneys will meet again in a few weeks for a plea and sentencing deal.
If Dion does not plead guilty, the scheduled trial date could be in January.
