Lawrence, Mass. man conspiring to sell heroin in NH to spend over 4 years in prison
CONCORD (AP) — A man has been sentenced in New Hampshire to serve over four years in federal prison for conspiring to distribute over a kilogram of heroin.

Police determined that from late 2014 through March 2015, 34-year-old Jonathan Cruz-Marte, a member of a Lawrence, Massachusetts-based heroin trafficking organization, conspired to supply a heroin distributor in Keene with the drug. He was arrested in March 2015 following a delivery to someone in Salem, New Hampshire.
Cruz-Marte pleaded guilty in November.
