Last suspect in Concord meth sweep arrested in Salem


CONCORD – The last suspect wanted in a week-long Concord methamphetamine bust, has been arrested.

Christopher Ruggles, 42 of Concord, was arrested by Salem police early Wednesday morning.

Ruggles was wanted for three counts of illegal sale of meth and is the last of a slew of suspects Concord police investigated during a week-long drug sweep.

Nine others were arrested in connection for sale and distribution of methamphetamines on Tuesday.

During the investigation, police also seized approximately $40,000 in cash, over 30 grams of methamphetamines and a small quantity of heroin during a search of a Bow Street home.

Ruggles is expected to appear at Concord District Court on November 9.
