MANCHESTER - The Mall of New Hampshire saw a steady crowd Tuesday, just two days before the Christmas holiday.
Shoppers rushed from store to store to get their last minute gifts.
"People are good - not nearly as frantic as they were over the weekend," said Ashley Adams, who works at a kiosk in the mall. "But [you] just got to keep smiling, be personable and hope that you can break that grin somehow, you know?"
Adams said even though she spends her time selling retail, she knows the holidays mean so much more.
"It's really about taking time, enjoying things - enjoying your family, and spending time together. It's the little gifts are really the small things," Adams said.
Other shoppers, however, were on the hunt for all the items on their lists.
"We go all out every Christmas, whether we're broke or not," said shopper Robin Bishop.
The Mall of New Hampshire will be open until 6 p.m. on Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve).
They also expect a large crowd on Dec. 26, as many bring back their return items.
